What I did
I designed a platform that brought together the 4 main groups of any hospitality experience including medical. The patient or customer, service worker/staff, extended family/network and data science. Through artificial intelligence and data science we're able to accurately track and predict a customer or patient's satisfaction score and translate that directly to many metrics including recovered revenue and staff retention. Quartet is still in development and I'm actively seeking investment and client parters.
